If Johnny Manziel appears solely in an advertisement, or solely via a prerecorded audioclip that was not recorded for purposes of ESPN's College GameDay (e.g., the host playing a portion of a speech or song excerpt by Johnny Manziel), the Payout Criterion is not satisfied. This market will close and expire early if the event occurs.
