Will the Eisenhower Executive Office Building be painted before Jan 1, 2027?
If a listed news source confirms, after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2027, that the exterior of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building was painted during that period, then the market resolves to Yes. Secondary rules: This must be confirmed, verified, or established as factual by at least one Source Agency. News confirmation is defined as a published article, broadcast segment, or official news report by a Source Agency, that A) explicitly states completed exterior painting of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building occurred, is true, or has been verified, B) based on journalistic investigation, sources, or evidence, and C) presented as factual reporting rather than speculation, rumor, or unverified allegation. Painting means paint has been applied to the building's exterior granite walls on all of its sides. The raised base, courtyard elevations, trim, and cast-iron elements may remain unpainted. Plans, approvals, announcements, beginning painting, paint tests, test patches, mock-ups, cleaning, repointing, primer alone, scaffolding, and lighting work do not qualify. Early close condition: This market will close and expire early if the event occurs.
