If DeepSeek is removed from the Apple iOS App Store in the United States before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. Secondary rules: Removal at any time after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2027 counts, even if the app is later restored. Only the app's availability counts: a ban, order or law that leaves the app downloadable by new users on the US App Store does not count, including one that applies only to part of the United States or only to some users. The app is the DeepSeek app published by Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd (App Store listing “DeepSeek - AI Assistant”); apps by other developers that use the DeepSeek name or DeepSeek's models do not count. Early close condition: This market will close and expire early if the event occurs.
