Tom Kean Jr. out as US Rep before term ends?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Thomas Kean Jr. ceases to be United States Representative from New Jersey's 7th congressional district for any period of time between market creation and the regularly scheduled end of his term in the current Congress. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. An announcement of Kean's early resignation/removal before this market's end date will immediately resolve this market to "Yes", regardless of when the announced resignation/removal goes into effect
