Will Robinhood Chain launch a token by ___?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Robinhood officially launches a native or governance token for Robinhood Chain by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Only an official token launched by Robinhood (or a wholly-owned subsidiary) for Robinhood Chain after the creation of this market will qualify.
