About This Event
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the number of passing yards Bo Nix records during the 2026-27 NFL regular season equals or exceeds the listed number. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If Bo Nix does not play in the 2026-27 NFL regular season for any reason, this market will resolve to "No". If the 2026-27 NFL regular season is shortened, truncated, or ends early for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available official data for completed games. If the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 26, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or it cannot be determined how many passing yards Bo Nix recorded within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "50-50". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
This analysis is awaiting a background update, so its prices may be older than the odds above.

What the contract measures
The event is a set of five Polymarket markets on whether Bo Nix will record at least a listed number of passing yards in the 2026-27 NFL regular season. Each market resolves "Yes" if his total equals or exceeds its threshold, which ranges from 2,999.5 to 3,999.5 yards [1]. The rules also state that if Bo Nix does not play in the regular season for any reason, the market resolves "No" [1]. If the season is cancelled, or postponed after January 26, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or the yardage cannot be determined, the market resolves "50-50" [1].
The rules name official NFL information as the resolution source, though a consensus of credible reporting may also be used [1]. The listed end time for all five markets is 2027-01-27T04:59:00.000Z [1]. That is the contract closing time, not a date when any football event is scheduled, and the evidence does not establish when the season begins or ends.
Reading the snapshot
The provider observed these prices at 2026-10-16T03:00:06Z, and the record was retrieved at 05:33 UTC the same day [1]. They are snapshot values, not executable quotes or verified probabilities.
Within each market, the Yes and No prices sum to 1.00 in the saved data [1]. Across the ladder, the Yes price falls as the threshold rises: 0.805 at 2,999.5 yards, 0.535 at 3,249.5, 0.27 at 3,499.5, 0.255 at 3,749.5, and 0.12 at 3,999.5 [1]. These five contracts are different questions, so their prices should not be averaged or combined into a single estimate. Differences between them reflect different thresholds, not a single outcome measured several ways.
The saved data includes only one provider event, so no cross-platform comparison is possible here.
What remains uncertain
The coverage record shows all five saved markets were included, with no partial sample flagged [1]. The sample warning, however, states that this does not establish that the provider lists every possible real-world outcome [1]. The evidence contains no information about trading volume, liquidity, or the number of participants, and volume should not be read as either.
The evidence also does not explain why prices are where they are, include any recent news about Bo Nix, or describe how this provider's prices have performed historically. Because the snapshot is from October 16, 2026, later prices may differ, and the record does not show the current quote.

Overview
This contract is a threshold market on how many passing yards Bo Nix records during the 2026-27 NFL regular season. The listed number defines the line. The market resolves to "Yes" if his total equals or exceeds that number and to "No" otherwise [1]. The event has five saved thresholds: 2,999.5, 3,249.5, 3,499.5, 3,749.5 and 3,999.5 passing yards. Each threshold is a separate Yes or No contract under the same event [1]. The rules address several situations. If Nix does not play in the 2026-27 regular season for any reason, the market resolves to "No" [1]. If the season is shortened, truncated or ends early, the outcome is determined from available official data for completed games [1]. If the season is cancelled, is postponed after the stated January 26, 2027 cutoff, or it cannot be determined how many passing yards he recorded in the period, the market resolves to "50-50" [1]. The resolution source is official information from the NFL, although a consensus of credible reporting may also be used [1]. The contract's listed end time is 2027-01-27 04:59 UTC [1]. That is the contract's closing time, not an announced date for any game or event. The Wikipedia pages in the evidence provide background on the player and team. They do not confirm his current roster status, injury status or 2026 statistics. The team article describes goals for the upcoming season, including matching or improving on a 14-3 record from 2025 and making the playoffs for a third consecutive season [3]. Those are stated aims, not results.
Historical Context
Wikipedia describes Nix's college career as including three seasons at Auburn and two seasons at Oregon, with the 2023 Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year award and an FBS lead in passing touchdowns and completion percentage [2]. The Denver Broncos article states that the team finished the 2025 season with a 14-3 record and that the 2026 season is the team's fourth under head coach Sean Payton [3]. These sources describe past performance and background. They do not establish how Nix will perform in the 2026-27 regular season.
Why It Matters
The contract measures a single player's total regular-season passing yards against a chosen threshold, so it turns one statistical outcome into a Yes or No question [1]. Its resolution depends on whether Nix plays, whether the season is completed, and whether official data can determine his total [1]. Because the contract has several thresholds, each one represents a different outcome on the same underlying statistic [1]. A price on any single threshold is a market snapshot and is not a verified probability of that result or a guaranteed trading price.
