About This Event

In the upcoming match between Reus FC Reddis and Barakaldo CF, scheduled for October 28, 2026 at 3:30 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Reus FC Reddis" if Reus FC Reddis are the first to score within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time. This market will resolve to "Barakaldo CF" if Barakaldo CF are the first to score within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time. If neither team scores within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time, this market will resolve "Neither". If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve to "Neither". This market refers only to the outcome within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

What the contract measures

The three contracts all come from one Polymarket event, "Reus FC Reddis vs. Barakaldo CF - First Team to Score" [1]. The rules state that the market resolves to "Reus FC Reddis" or "Barakaldo CF" depending on which team is first to score within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time, and to "Neither" if no team scores in that window [1]. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded [1].

The wording differs slightly across the contracts. The two team contracts are titled "to score first vs." the opponent, while the third is titled "Neither team to score first?" [1]. Each carries the same listed end time, 2026-10-28T19:30:00.000Z [1]. The rules describe the match as "scheduled for October 28, 2026 at 3:30 PM ET" [1]. That is a description within the contract rules, and this evidence does not confirm it as an announced event date.

Reading the snapshot

The prices were observed at 2026-10-16T06:00:05.833Z and retrieved at 07:35:41.274Z on the same day [1]. Each contract shows a Yes price of 0.49 and a No price of 0.51 [1]. These are snapshot prices, not executable quotes or verified probabilities, so they should not be read as the likelihood of any outcome.

The three Yes prices add up to 1.47. Because these outcomes cover the possibilities the rules describe, that total is worth noting, but this evidence does not explain it, and it should not be treated as an arbitrage signal without checking executable prices.

The sample includes all three saved markets for this event, and the coverage record marks it as not partial [1]. The source also warns that this does not establish that the provider lists every possible real-world outcome [1]. The selection method ranks markets by Yes price, then by volume [1]. Volume here is not a measure of liquidity or of how many traders are involved.

What remains uncertain

The evidence does not show why prices sit where they do, what news has emerged, or how past markets of this type have performed. It also does not confirm whether the match will take place on the stated date. The rules provide for a postponed game to stay open until completion, and for a cancelled game with no make-up match to resolve "Neither" [1]. If official statistics are not published within 2 hours, the rules allow Flashscore, then Sofascore, then a consensus of credible reporting, and if no acceptable data exists within 24 hours the market resolves 50-50 or to "Draw" where applicable [1]. Readers should check the live contract and current status before relying on any figure.
