About This Event

This market will resolve to the goalkeeper who records the most clean sheets during the 2026-27 Ligue 1 season. Only clean sheets recorded in Ligue 1 matches will count. Clean sheets in other competitions (e.g., domestic cups, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, international matches) will not count for this market. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official leader as determined by Ligue 1. If multiple leaders are announced then this market will resolve to the goalkeeper who conceded fewer goals during the 2026-27 Ligue 1 season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to the goalkeeper whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026-27 Ligue 1 season is canceled or not completed by June 14, 2027, the market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official statistics from Ligue 1. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This analysis is awaiting a background update, so its prices may be older than the odds above.

What the contract measures

The Polymarket event "Ligue 1: Most Clean Sheets 2026-27" resolves to the goalkeeper who records the most clean sheets in Ligue 1 matches during the 2026-27 season [1]. Clean sheets in domestic cups and European competitions do not count [1]. Ties go first to the official leader as determined by Ligue 1, then to the goalkeeper who conceded fewer goals, and then to the listed last name that comes first alphabetically [1]. If the season is canceled or not completed by June 14, 2027, the market resolves to "Other" [1]. The listed end time is 2027-06-15T03:59:00.000Z [1]. This is a provider close time, not a confirmed resolution date.

Reading the snapshot

The provider observation time is 2026-10-16T03:00:06.094Z, and the source was retrieved at 2026-10-16T05:45:59.946Z [1]. The prices below describe that observation only, not live conditions. The sample includes 12 of the event's 14 markets, so it is a partial sample [1].

Among the included contracts, the Yes price for Dominik Greif (Lyon) is 0.28, Matvey Safonov (PSG) is 0.195, Brice Samba (Rennes) is 0.1475, Kevin Trapp (Paris FC) is 0.134, and Yvon Mvogo (Lorient) is 0.125 [1]. The remaining included contracts range from 0.047 down to 0.0295 [1]. These are snapshot prices, not executable quotes or verified probabilities. Each market is a separate yes/no question, so the Yes prices should not be added together or read as a complete probability distribution.

What remains uncertain

The record does not show current prices, trading volume, liquidity, or the number of traders. It also does not explain why prices are where they are. The two omitted markets have no prices in this record, so no conclusion about them is supported. Rankings apply only within this saved Polymarket event. They should not be compared with contracts on other platforms, because wording, sample scope, and close times may differ. The season outcome and the official leader are not in the evidence. The rules name official Ligue 1 statistics as the primary resolution source, with a consensus of credible reporting possibly used [1]. Readers should check the live contract and those sources before drawing conclusions.

Overview

The contract is a Polymarket event titled "Ligue 1: Most Clean Sheets 2026-27" [1]. It is set to resolve to the goalkeeper who records the most clean sheets during the 2026-27 Ligue 1 season [1]. Each named goalkeeper has its own yes or no market within the event, so the event as a whole asks which keeper will finish with the most league clean sheets. The rules limit what counts. Only clean sheets recorded in Ligue 1 matches are included. Clean sheets from domestic cups, UEFA competitions, and international matches do not count [1]. The rules also set out tie handling. If the season ends in a tie, the market follows the official leader as determined by Ligue 1. If more than one leader is announced, the market resolves to the goalkeeper who conceded fewer goals during the season. If that still leaves a tie, the market resolves to the goalkeeper whose listed last name comes first alphabetically [1]. If the season is canceled or not completed by June 14, 2027, the market resolves to "Other" [1]. That date is a deadline written into the contract rules, not an announced event date. The primary resolution source is official statistics from Ligue 1, and a consensus of credible reporting may also be used [1]. The provider lists an end time of June 15, 2027 at 03:59 UTC for these markets [1]. The price snapshots shown with this article come from a sample of 12 of the 14 markets saved for this event. The sample is ordered by the highest yes price first, then by volume, so the omitted markets are not ranked or priced here. The prices reflect the moment of observation and are not executable quotes.

Why It Matters

The contract measures a single season outcome: which goalkeeper records the most Ligue 1 clean sheets in 2026-27 [1]. Because only league matches count, the result depends on league fixtures alone, and the tie-break rules determine the winner when records are level [1]. The yes prices in the sample show how a snapshot of trading activity valued each named goalkeeper at the observation time. They are not verified probabilities, and a higher price for one keeper does not imply anything about the omitted markets.

Snapshot context

The latest published provider snapshot for this topic was observed on 2026-10-16 at 03:00 UTC. It contains listings from Polymarket. Market descriptions and listed closing times define the contracts; they do not establish that the real-world outcome has occurred. This article does not include a separately verified news update.
