About This Event
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the number of receiving yards Trey McBride records during the 2026-27 NFL regular season equals or exceeds the listed number. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If Trey McBride does not play in the 2026-27 NFL regular season for any reason, this market will resolve to "No". If the 2026-27 NFL regular season is shortened, truncated, or ends early for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available official data for completed games. If the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 26, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or it cannot be determined how many receiving yards Trey McBride recorded within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "50-50". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
This analysis is awaiting a background update, so its prices may be older than the odds above.

What the contract measures
This snapshot covers five Polymarket contracts under one event, "Pro Football: Trey McBride 2026-27 Regular Season Receiving Yards" [1]. Each contract asks whether McBride will reach a different receiving-yard threshold: 799.5+, 599.5+, 999.5+, 1,199.5+, and 1,399.5+ yards. The rules say the market "will resolve to "Yes" if the number of receiving yards Trey McBride records during the 2026-27 NFL regular season equals or exceeds the listed number" [1]. If he does not play in the season "for any reason," the market resolves to "No" [1].
The rules also set a special case. If the season is cancelled, or is postponed after January 26, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or if the yardage cannot be determined, the market resolves to "50-50" [1]. A shortened season would be judged on "available official data for completed games" [1]. The resolution source is official NFL information, though "a consensus of credible reporting may also be used" [1].
Reading the snapshot
The observation time is 2026-10-16T06:00:05.833Z, and the saved data was retrieved at 2026-10-16T06:29:39.372Z [1]. These are the only price times in the evidence. The listed contract end date for each market is 2027-01-12T23:59:00.000Z, while the event page lists an end time of 2027-01-27T04:59:00.000Z [1]. The rules do not explain this gap, so readers should use the market-level date for the contract and treat the event-level date as a separate listed value.
The recorded Yes prices are 0.735 for 799.5+, 0.71 for 599.5+, 0.315 for 999.5+, 0.305 for 1,199.5+, and 0.148 for 1,399.5+ [1]. These figures are snapshots from one moment. They are not executable quotes, and they are not verified probabilities. Volume data is not included in this summary, so it cannot tell you about liquidity.
Because each contract is a separate threshold, the prices should be read as separate observations rather than as parts of one combined distribution. The sample includes all five saved markets for this event, and none are omitted [1].
What remains uncertain
The evidence does not show why any price changed or what information traders used. It also does not establish how many traders hold each position. Only Polymarket is included, so no cross-platform comparison is possible. Differences in price between contracts should not be treated as an arbitrage signal without matching rules, closing times, and execution conditions. The evidence also does not confirm the full set of outcomes that could occur in the real world [1].

Overview
This PredictPedia entry covers a Polymarket event titled Pro Football: Trey McBride 2026-27 Regular Season Receiving Yards [1]. Trey McBride is a tight end for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League [2]. The event is a set of threshold contracts, each asking whether McBride will record at least a specified number of receiving yards during the 2026-27 NFL regular season [1]. The saved event contains five contracts, with thresholds of 599.5, 799.5, 999.5, 1,199.5 and 1,399.5 receiving yards [1]. Each contract resolves to Yes if McBride's receiving yards in the regular season equal or exceed the listed number, and to No otherwise [1]. The contract rules also set out several special cases. If McBride does not play in the regular season for any reason, the market resolves to No [1]. If the regular season is shortened, truncated or ends early, the outcome is determined using available official data for completed games [1]. If the season is cancelled, is postponed after January 26, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, or cannot be determined from the timeframe, the market resolves to 50-50 [1]. The stated resolution source is official information from the NFL, although a consensus of credible reporting may also be used [1]. The market records show an end date of January 12, 2027 for each contract, while the event record lists a separate end time of January 27, 2027 [1]. These are different fields in the provider data, and the contract rules do not announce an event date. Resolution depends on the official data described in the rules.
Historical Context
The Wikipedia article on the 2026 NFL season describes the 107th season of the National Football League [3]. It states that the regular season began on September 9, 2026, when reigning Super Bowl champion Seattle defeated New England in the NFL Kickoff Game, and that the regular season will end on January 10, 2027 [3]. The contracts in this event refer to the same 2026-27 regular season [1][3].
Why It Matters
The event measures a single statistic for one player: total receiving yards in the 2026-27 NFL regular season [1]. Because each contract uses a different threshold, the set asks several related questions about how many yards McBride will reach over the season [1]. The contracts treat a missed season, a shortened season and an undeterminable outcome in different ways, so the rules matter as much as the thresholds [1]. Readers should keep the contract rules separate from the price snapshots, which show market prices at a particular time and are not executable quotes.
Snapshot context
The latest published provider snapshot for this topic was observed on 2026-10-16 at 06:00 UTC. It contains listings from Polymarket. Market descriptions and listed closing times define the contracts; they do not establish that the real-world outcome has occurred. This article does not include a separately verified news update. [1]
