About This Event
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the number of passing yards Trevor Lawrence records during the 2026-27 NFL regular season equals or exceeds the listed number. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If Trevor Lawrence does not play in the 2026-27 NFL regular season for any reason, this market will resolve to "No". If the 2026-27 NFL regular season is shortened, truncated, or ends early for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available official data for completed games. If the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 26, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or it cannot be determined how many passing yards Trevor Lawrence recorded within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "50-50". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
This analysis is awaiting a background update, so its prices may be older than the odds above.

What the contract measures
The supplied evidence covers one Polymarket event on Trevor Lawrence's passing yards in the 2026-27 NFL regular season [1]. Each contract asks whether his regular-season passing yards will equal or exceed a listed threshold. The rules say the market "will resolve to "Yes" if the number of passing yards Trevor Lawrence records during the 2026-27 NFL regular season equals or exceeds the listed number" [1].
Several rules matter for reading the prices. If Lawrence does not play in the regular season "for any reason," the market resolves to "No" [1]. If the season is shortened or ends early, the outcome is based on "available official data for completed games" [1]. If the season is cancelled, or postponed after January 26, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or the yardage cannot be determined, the market resolves to "50-50" [1]. The rules name official NFL information as the resolution source, though "a consensus of credible reporting may also be used" [1].
Reading the snapshot
The sample includes all five saved markets for this event: 3,274.5+, 3,524.5+, 3,774.5+, 4,024.5+, and 4,274.5+ yards [1]. The data was observed at 2026-10-17T15:00:06Z and retrieved at 15:13:16Z, and the listed end time for every contract is 2027-01-27T04:59:00Z [1]. These are snapshot times, not current prices at the time you read this.
The quoted Yes prices descend as the threshold rises: 0.69, 0.625, 0.585, 0.285, and 0.195 [1]. In this snapshot, the market priced higher thresholds as less likely, and the largest drop appears between the 3,774.5+ and 4,024.5+ contracts. Because these are different contracts with different thresholds, they should be read separately, not averaged or merged into a single estimate.
Prices here are snapshots, not executable quotes or verified probabilities. A difference between this contract and any other contract, on this or another platform, does not by itself indicate an opportunity, since wording and close times may differ.
What remains uncertain
The evidence does not establish that the providers list every possible real-world outcome, so this is a sample of saved markets for one event [1]. It also does not include trading volume, liquidity, or the number of participants, and the evidence does not explain why any price is where it is. No other platform's contracts were supplied, so no cross-platform comparison is possible. Finally, the rules name an event that has not yet occurred, so any outcome depends on the season being played and the official data described above [1].

Overview
PredictPedia's contract for Trevor Lawrence's 2026-27 regular season passing yards is a yes-or-no question about one player's total yards in one NFL season. The event asks whether the number of passing yards Lawrence records during the 2026-27 NFL regular season equals or exceeds a listed threshold. If it does, the market resolves to "Yes"; otherwise it resolves to "No" [1]. The contract has several built-in conditions. If Lawrence does not play in the 2026-27 regular season for any reason, the market resolves to "No" [1]. If the regular season is shortened, truncated, or ends early, the outcome is determined using available official data for completed games [1]. If the season is cancelled, is postponed after January 26, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, or it cannot be determined how many passing yards Lawrence recorded in that timeframe, the market resolves to "50-50" [1]. The stated resolution source is official information from the NFL, although a consensus of credible reporting may also be used [1]. The listed end time is January 27, 2027 at 04:59 UTC, which is the contract's closing time and not an announced date for any game or event [1]. The event currently includes five markets, each with a different passing-yard threshold: 3,274.5, 3,524.5, 3,774.5, 4,024.5 and 4,274.5 yards [1]. These thresholds are separate contracts on the same underlying question. Each one has its own Yes and No prices. The prices in the saved snapshot are not executable quotes or verified probabilities. They show what the platform reported at the observation time, and a higher Yes price on a lower threshold does not by itself say anything about the actual likelihood of Lawrence reaching that total. Trading volume is also not a measure of liquidity or of how many people took part. Because the contract is tied to a single season that has not yet been completed, the market's eventual outcome depends entirely on the official yardage recorded for the 2026-27 regular season and on the conditions above.
Historical Context
Lawrence was drafted first overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2021 NFL draft [2]. In his second season he led the Jaguars to their first division title since 2017 and earned Pro Bowl honors [2]. The source also states that he led the team to another division title in 2025 [2]. The 2025 NFL season was the 106th season of the league. Its regular season began on September 4, 2025 and ended on January 4, 2026 [3]. The source describes that season as past history, and retrieving it does not establish any present-day status of the 2026 season or of Lawrence's roster position.
Why It Matters
The contract measures a single statistic, Lawrence's regular season passing yards, against fixed thresholds [1]. Its value depends on how the yardage is recorded by official NFL information, or by a consensus of credible reporting if that is used, and on whether Lawrence plays in the season at all [1]. Traders and readers can use the structure to see how the market prices different yardage levels, while keeping in mind that a price is a snapshot and not a fixed forecast [1].
