About This Event
This market will resolve to the kicker who finishes the 2026-27 NFL regular season (Weeks 1 through 18) as the highest-scoring kicker under the default scoring of ESPN Fantasy Sports. If two or more players are tied for the most total fantasy points, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player that has a higher fantasy points per game average for the 2026 NFL regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player whose last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed past January 26, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a leader cannot be determined within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official season-total statistics as reported by ESPN Fantasy Sports (https://www.espn.com/fantasy/).
This analysis is awaiting a background update, so its prices may be older than the odds above.

What the contract measures
The event asks which kicker will finish the 2026-27 NFL regular season as the highest-scoring kicker under the default scoring of ESPN Fantasy Sports [1]. The rules cover Weeks 1 through 18 and use official season-total statistics as reported by ESPN [1]. If players are tied on total fantasy points, the tie goes to the player with the higher fantasy points per game average for the 2026 season. If that still ties, the tie goes to the player whose last name comes first alphabetically [1].
The rules also say that if the regular season is cancelled, is postponed past January 26, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, or no leader can be determined in that timeframe, the market resolves to "Other" [1]. The listed end time is 2027-01-27T04:59:00.000Z [1]. This is a contract close time, not an announced event date. Resolution depends on the stated rules and on when the official statistics are reported.
Reading the snapshot
The observation was taken at 2026-10-16T06:00:05.833Z and retrieved at 2026-10-16T06:16:48.706Z [1]. These prices describe that moment only and are not executable quotes or verified probabilities. In the supplied sample, the highest Yes price is Will Younghoe Koo at 0.4525, followed by Will Chase McLaughlin at 0.251 and Will Jake Elliott at 0.138 [1]. The remaining included Yes prices range from 0.084 to 0.1305 [1].
The sample is partial. Twelve of 50 markets from this Polymarket event are included, and the selection ranks markets by Yes price, then volume [1]. The excerpt does not show prices for the 38 excluded markets, so the included prices should not be read as the full field. The supplied snapshot also contains no Yes or No price for the "Other" outcome.
Each contract is a separate Yes or No question. The prices should not be summed or averaged into a single distribution, and the sample should not be treated as a ranking of all kickers. Volume is also not a measure of liquidity or trader count.
What remains uncertain
The evidence does not explain why any price is at its current level. It also does not show how many participants hold each position, whether the prices would be available at these levels in a trade, or how the market has behaved over time. The excerpt contains no information on the season's progress beyond the rules and the listed end time. Readers should check the full market page and the official resolution source before relying on any of these figures.

Overview
This market is a contract on the kicker who finishes the 2026-27 NFL regular season as the highest-scoring kicker under the default scoring of ESPN Fantasy Sports [1]. Under the contract rules, the regular season covers Weeks 1 through 18 [1]. The market is one event with a set of individual outcome contracts, each asking whether a named kicker will be the highest-scoring kicker of the season [1]. The resolution source is official season-total statistics as reported by ESPN Fantasy Sports [1]. If two or more kickers are tied for the most total fantasy points, the contract resolves in favor of the tied kicker with the higher fantasy points per game average for the 2026 regular season [1]. If the tie still persists, the contract resolves in favor of the tied kicker whose last name comes first alphabetically [1]. The rules also cover disruption. If the regular season is cancelled, is postponed past January 26, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, or a leader cannot be determined within that timeframe, the market resolves to "Other" [1]. The listed end time for the contract is 2027-01-27T04:59:00.000Z [1]. This is a date in the contract rules, not an announced event date, and it describes when the market closes rather than when any season result is known. At the observation time recorded for this snapshot, the sampled markets showed prices for individual kickers. The included sample lists 12 of 50 markets in the saved provider event, so it is a partial view of the event. Within that sample, the highest Yes price was for Younghoe Koo at 0.4525, with Chase McLaughlin at 0.251 next [1]. These are snapshot prices from a partial sample, not executable quotes, and the lower prices of omitted markets should not be inferred from this list.
Historical Context
The retrieved Wikipedia article on Nick Folk states that he was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the sixth round of the 2007 NFL draft, that he received Pro Bowl honors as a rookie during his three seasons with the Cowboys, and that he then played seven seasons for the New York Jets, becoming the franchise's second-leading all-time scorer [2]. This background describes one kicker's career and does not describe the 2026-27 season or the contract's outcome.
Why It Matters
The contract measures which kicker accumulates the most fantasy points across the 2026 NFL regular season under ESPN default scoring [1]. Because the outcome depends on season-total statistics from a single fantasy platform, the contract's wording on scoring, tie-breaking and cancellation determines how it resolves [1]. Traders following the market can see from the rules that a tie is settled by points per game and then by alphabetical order, and that an unresolved or disrupted season resolves to "Other" [1].
Snapshot context
The latest published provider snapshot for this topic was observed on 2026-10-16 at 06:00 UTC. It contains listings from Polymarket. Market descriptions and listed closing times define the contracts; they do not establish that the real-world outcome has occurred. This article does not include a separately verified news update. [1]
