If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to “Other”. If the 2026-27 NFL season concludes early, is shortened, or is truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NFL statistics for completed games. What the contract measures
This event asks which player will finish the 2026-27 NFL regular season with the most receptions [1]. Each listed contract is a yes or no question about one named player. If receptions are tied, the market goes to the tied player with more receiving yards. If the tie still persists, it goes to the player with a higher catch percentage, and if that also fails to separate them, the market resolves to "Other" [1]. The market also resolves to "Other" if the season is cancelled, if it is postponed after January 26, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or if it is unclear which player led the NFL in receptions [1]. The stated resolution source is official NFL information, though a consensus of credible reporting may also be used [1]. The listed end time is 2027-01-27T04:59:00.000Z [1].
Reading the snapshot
The provider observed these prices at 2026-10-21T12:00:06.317Z, and the source was retrieved at 2026-10-21T13:14:01.854Z [1]. These are snapshot values, not executable quotes or verified probabilities. Among the included contracts, the highest listed Yes price is 0.196 for CeeDee Lamb, with No at 0.804 [1]. Trey McBride is listed at 0.1795 Yes and Puka Nacua at 0.136 Yes [1]. Justin Jefferson, the lowest-priced included contract in this sample, is listed at 0.027 Yes [1].
Each contract has its own Yes and No prices, so each should be read on its own. The Yes prices should not be added together or averaged into a single figure.
What remains uncertain
The sample includes 12 of 22 markets in this provider event, so it is not the full field [1]. Omitted players do not appear with prices, and their absence does not mean they are priced lower. Rankings should not be compared with other events or providers. The evidence does not explain why any price moved or how many traders hold each position. It also does not include recent reporting, volume values, or any results, so the contract's outcome is unknown from this record. These prices describe the October 21, 2026 observation and should not be treated as current.

Overview
This PredictPedia contract belongs to the Polymarket event titled Pro Football: 2026-27 Receptions Leader. Each contract asks whether a specific player will finish the 2026-27 NFL regular season with the most receptions. The rule is that the market resolves in favor of the player who finishes with the most receptions during that regular season [1]. The event page lists 22 markets, and 12 of them are included in this saved sample, ordered by Yes price. Because the sample is partial, the included contracts show only part of the field, and they should not be read as a complete ranking of possible leaders [1]. The event sets out several tie-breakers. If two players are tied in receptions, the player with more receiving yards during the 2026-27 NFL regular season is the winner. If the tie remains, the player with the higher catch percentage, meaning receptions divided by targets, wins. If a tie still persists after that, the market resolves to Other [1]. The rules also cover disruption. If the season concludes early, is shortened, or is truncated for any reason, the outcome is determined using available NFL statistics for completed games. If the regular season is cancelled, is postponed after January 26, 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which player led the NFL in receptions within that timeframe, the market resolves to Other [1]. The stated resolution source is official information from the NFL, although a consensus of credible reporting may also be used [1]. The timing needs care. Wikipedia describes the 2026 NFL regular season as beginning on September 9, 2026 and ending on January 10, 2027 [2]. The contract's listed end time is January 27, 2027 at 04:59 UTC [1]. That listed end time is a contract closing time, not an announced date for the season's conclusion or for the market's resolution. Wikipedia retrieval also does not verify current events, so the season schedule described here is background rather than a confirmed account of what has happened so far.
Historical Context
Receptions are a recorded statistic in football games, and a reception is the act of catching a forward pass [3]. The NFL's record books recognize receptions from the American Football League, which operated from 1960 to 1969 before being absorbed into the NFL in 1970. The league also recognizes statistics from the All-America Football Conference, which operated from 1946 to 1949 before three of its teams merged into the NFL. The source says these statistics have been recognized by the NFL since 2025, and previously they were recognized by the Pro Football Hall of Fame [3]. This history explains how the league's receiving leaders list is compiled, but it does not affect how this 2026-27 contract resolves.
Why It Matters
The contract measures a single season total: which player records the most receptions in the 2026-27 NFL regular season [1]. Because each named player has a separate Yes or No contract, the event is a set of related markets rather than one question with one answer. The tie-breakers, the shortened-season rule and the cancellation rule determine how the result is reached in unusual cases [1]. Traders may watch these contracts for information about the receptions race, but the contract rules themselves are the authoritative basis for resolution, and the prices shown in this article are snapshots rather than executable quotes.
Snapshot context
The latest published provider snapshot for this topic was observed on 2026-10-21 at 12:00 UTC. It contains listings from Polymarket.
