If Arch Manning is announced to be staying at Texas after Issuance and before Feb 2, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. Secondary rules: Stays at Texas: Resolves Yes if Arch Manning officially withdraws his name from the NCAA Transfer Portal or announces withdrawal, AND is enrolled and on the roster after Issuance and before Feb 2, 2027. If Arch Manning never enters the transfer portal and remains on his current team by Feb 2, 2027, then the market for staying with his current team will resolve to Yes. Declare for the Draft: Resolves Yes if Arch Manning declares for the NFL Draft after Issuance and before Feb 2, 2027, as reported by a Source Agency. Commits/Transfers to Another School: If Arch Manning officially commits or transfers to another school after Issuance and before Feb 2, 2027, as reported by a Source Agency, then the market for that school resolves to Yes. Retires / Not enrolled at a DI school: Resolves early if there is a public announcement of retirement or ending their football career, as reported by a Source Agency. Otherwise, if Arch Manning has not qualified for any of the special outcomes outlined above, and is not enrolled at a DI school on Feb 2, 2027, then the "Retires / Not enrolled at a DI school" market resolves to Yes. A school commitment counts even if Arch Manning later decommits or never enrolls. Rumors and visits do not count. If Arch Manning re-enters the portal, the first announced commitment or enrollment controls.
