Will the Senate confirm James Sullivan as a federal judge?

Before Jan 3, 2027 If James Sullivan is the first person confirmed as U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Texas before Jan 3, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. If a nomination is withdrawn before the deadline, that market immediately resolves to No. The position refers to the judgeship on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas to which James Sullivan is nominated. The confirmation of another nominee to a different judgeship on that court does not count as another person being confirmed to the position. This market will close and expire early if the event occurs
