This market will resolve to "Yes" if the U.S. government launches an official website at SI.gov between market creation and the specified date, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A qualifying change requires SI.gov to be publicly accessible and serving an official U.S. government website.
