Will the RSF capture Kadugli by March 31?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) capture Kadugli (https://maps.app.goo.gl/YY4PX4vESfgZtETQ6) by March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The city will be considered captured if the Rapid Support forces have established military control over the "Police Hospital" (مستشفى الشرطة: https://maps.app.goo.gl/nQ1tkNERZs1J4Uw2A) by the resolution date.
