Next Romania PM appointed by…?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the next Prime Minister of Romania is officially appointed by the listed date, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. To count for resolution, the individual must be approved by the Romanian Parliament and officially sworn in as Prime Minister.
