About This Event

This market refers to the Counter-Strike Lower bracket quarterfinal 1 match between INFURITY Gaming and LPH Gaming in the United21 Playoffs, initially scheduled for May 3 at 4:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "INFURITY Gaming" if INFURITY Gaming win the match against LPH Gaming. This market will resolve to "LPH Gaming" if LPH Gaming win the match against INFURITY Gaming. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

What the contract measures

The saved event is titled "Counter-Strike: INFURITY Gaming vs LPH Gaming (BO3) - United21 Playoffs" [1]. Its event text describes a match between the two teams, stating that the market "will resolve to 'INFURITY Gaming' if INFURITY Gaming win the match" [1]. The one saved market in the sample, however, is titled "Map 3: Odd/Even Total Kills?" with outcomes "Odd" and "Even" [1]. The excerpt does not include resolution rules for that kill-total market, so readers should not assume the match-winner wording governs it.

The excerpt also sets out fallback terms. A match that is canceled, tied, or delayed beyond 7 days without a winner resolves to 50-50 [1]. Results are taken from hltv.org, and if final results are not published within 2 hours after the event concludes, "a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence" [1]. The listed end time is "2026-05-11T03:59:00.000Z" [1].

Reading the snapshot

The provider observation time is 2026-10-15T16:13:13.851Z, and the source was retrieved at 2026-10-15T19:06:47.261Z [1]. The listed end time is earlier than both timestamps, so this snapshot cannot be read as a live price for an open contract. The evidence does not show whether the match was played or how it resolved.

The saved sample contains one market with the prices "Odd" at 0.5 and "Even" at 0.5 [1]. Coverage records one market included out of one total for this event, with no partial sample [1]. Because the sample is complete for this saved event, no outcome has been omitted from it. The sample still does not show that the provider lists every possible real-world outcome for the match.

These are snapshot prices, not executable quotes or verified probabilities. Equal prices at one moment do not indicate how likely either outcome is, and the evidence does not explain why prices are where they are. Volume is not included in the evidence used here, so no liquidity conclusion can be drawn.

What remains uncertain

The evidence does not include the match result, the kill totals for Map 3, or any final resolution. It also does not establish whether the market's own rules match the match-winner language quoted above. Readers comparing contracts should check the full rule text for each market, since the wording and listed close times may differ even within one event.

Overview

This PredictPedia entry covers a Polymarket contract tied to a Counter-Strike match between INFURITY Gaming and LPH Gaming, part of the United21 Playoffs. The event description identifies the match as a Lower bracket quarterfinal 1 Best of 3 series [1]. The specific contract shown is titled "Map 3: Odd/Even Total Kills?" with two outcomes, Odd and Even [1]. The saved provider record shows a price of 0.5 for each outcome at the observation time of 16:13 UTC on October 15, 2026 [1]. These prices are snapshot values from that time, not executable quotes, and they should not be read as verified probabilities. The contract's listed end time is May 11, 2026 at 03:59 UTC [1]. That date appears in the contract rules and is not an announced upcoming event. The source record was retrieved later, on October 15, 2026, so the contract is shown here as a historical listing. The supplied evidence does not state whether the match was played, when it was played, or what the map 3 total kills were. The event rules describe how the broader match resolves. The contract resolves to the team that wins the match, and cancelled, tied, forfeited, or long-delayed matches resolve 50-50 under the rules described [1]. The official resolution source named is hltv.org, with a fallback to a consensus of credible reporting, including video evidence, if final results are not published within two hours of the event's conclusion [1]. The excerpt does not describe how the Odd or Even outcome for map 3 total kills is counted or settled, so readers should not assume the match-winner rules govern this specific map contract without checking the full rules.

Why It Matters

The contract asks whether the total number of kills on map 3 of this match will be odd or even, using the Odd and Even outcomes listed in the saved market record [1]. Because the record is a single market from one event, it describes one narrow question about one map rather than the outcome of the whole series. The event-level rules attached to the record concern the match winner and state that hltv.org is the official resolution source, with a consensus of credible reporting as a fallback [1]. The saved record shows equal snapshot prices of 0.5 for both outcomes, which reflects only the price at that observation time and does not indicate which outcome is more likely [1].

Snapshot context

The latest published provider snapshot for this topic was observed on 2026-10-15 at 16:13 UTC. It contains listings from Polymarket. Market descriptions and listed closing times define the contracts; they do not establish that the real-world outcome has occurred. This article does not include a separately verified news update. Frequently Asked Questions

What does the Odd/Even market measure?

The market is titled "Map 3: Odd/Even Total Kills?" and offers Odd and Even as outcomes [1]. The supplied excerpt does not explain how total kills are counted for that map or how ties or incomplete maps would be handled.

Does the 0.5 price mean each outcome has a 50 percent chance?

No. The record shows a price of 0.5 for each outcome at the observation time of 16:13 UTC on October 15, 2026 [1]. Prices from a provider snapshot are not executable quotes or verified probabilities, and the supplied evidence does not include trading volume or liquidity data [1].

Where would the result come from?

The event rules name hltv.org as the official resolution source. If final results are not published within two hours after the event concludes, a consensus of credible reporting may be used, including video evidence [1].

What does the May 11, 2026 date mean?

It is the listed end time in the contract record, 03:59 UTC on May 11, 2026 [1]. It is a date in the rules, not an announced event. The record was retrieved on October 15, 2026, and the supplied evidence does not say whether the match occurred or how it finished [1].
