About This Event
This market refers to the LoL match between Lille Esport and Galions Sharks in the Nexus League Regular Season, initially scheduled for August 1 at 10:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Lille Esport" if Lille Esport win the match against Galions Sharks. This market will resolve to "Galions Sharks" if Galions Sharks win the match against Lille Esport. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

What the contract measures
The saved market is titled "Game 1: Any Player Quadra Kill?" and sits under the event "LoL: Lille Esport vs Galions Sharks (BO1) - Nexus League Regular Season" on Polymarket [1]. Its two outcomes are "Yes" and "No" [1]. The event excerpt describes match-winner rules: the market "will resolve to "Lille Esport" if Lille Esport win the match against Galions Sharks" [1]. Those winner rules do not describe the quadra kill question itself. The evidence does not include resolution language for this market, so readers should not apply the match-winner rules to it.
The excerpt also states that a cancelled or tied match, or one delayed beyond 7 days without a winner, "will resolve to 50-50" [1]. This is event-level wording and does not explain how the quadra kill market would settle.
The listed end time is "2026-08-09T03:59:00.000Z" [1]. The provider status is recorded as "active" [1].
Reading the snapshot
The provider observation time is 2026-10-16T03:00:06 UTC, and the source was retrieved at 2026-10-16T04:50:34 UTC [1]. The listed end time falls well before both timestamps. The evidence does not explain this gap, so this record should be read as a saved snapshot, not as a current listing of a live question.
The saved prices are 0.5 for "Yes" and 0.5 for "No" [1]. These are snapshot values, not executable quotes or verified probabilities. The evidence contains no volume or liquidity figures, so nothing can be said about depth or trading activity.
The coverage record shows one market from one platform, with partialSample set to false [1]. The sample therefore includes all saved markets for this event. The record does not show that Polymarket lists every possible market for the match, and no comparison with other platforms is possible from this evidence.
What remains uncertain
The evidence does not include the resolution wording for the quadra kill market, the match result, or whether the match was played as scheduled. The excerpt states that the match was "initially scheduled for August 1 at 10:00AM ET" [1], but it does not say whether that schedule held. The 0.5 prices should not be read as a forecast or as evidence of how traders view the question.

Overview
This PredictPedia entry covers a prediction market tied to a League of Legends match between Lille Esport and Galions Sharks, a best-of-one (BO1) game in the Nexus League Regular Season [1]. The event page lists the match as initially scheduled for August 1 at 10:00AM ET [1]. The market shown in this snapshot is titled "Game 1: Any Player Quadra Kill?" with Yes and No outcomes [1]. Its title asks whether any player records a quadra kill in Game 1. The saved snapshot does not include that market's own resolution wording. The event rules describe a match-winner contract. They state that the market resolves to Lille Esport if Lille Esport wins, and to Galions Sharks if Galions Sharks wins [1]. The rules also say the market resolves 50-50 if the match is canceled, ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner [1]. Because these are event-level rules, readers should not assume they govern the quadra kill market. The source names gol.gg as the official resolution source and allows a consensus of credible reporting, including video evidence, if final results are not published within 2 hours after the event concludes [1]. The listed end time for the event is 2026-08-09T03:59:00.000Z [1]. That date is in the contract rules and is not an announced event date. It is earlier than the retrieval time for this entry, so the rules alone do not establish whether the market is still open or what its status is today. The dated status line added by the application is the place to check the current state.
Why It Matters
The contract asks whether any player in Game 1 of this match records a quadra kill, according to its title [1]. The saved price for both Yes and No is 0.5 [1]. A price of this kind is a market snapshot on the platform at the observation time. It is not an executable quote, and it is not a verified probability that a quadra kill will occur. The saved data does not include trading volume, so it cannot show how active the market was or how many participants traded. The event rules concern a match winner, so readers should keep the match-winner rules separate from the quadra kill contract when interpreting how this market settles [1].
Snapshot context
The latest published provider snapshot for this topic was observed on 2026-10-16 at 03:00 UTC. It contains listings from Polymarket. Market descriptions and listed closing times define the contracts; they do not establish that the real-world outcome has occurred. This article does not include a separately verified news update. [1]
