About This Event
On Nov 3, 2026 If the difference between the number of Yes votes for California Proposition 42 and the number of Yes votes for California Proposition 40 is above 0 as measured in the November 3, 2026 California general election, then the market resolves to Yes. The number of Yes votes for each proposition is the statewide total of Yes votes reported for that proposition in the Statement of Vote certified by the California Secretary of State. If the two totals are exactly equal, the market resolves to No. This market will close and expire early if the California Secretary of State certifies the Statement of Vote.
