About This Event

As of market creation, Cloudflare is estimated to release earnings on November 5, 2026. The Street consensus estimate for Cloudflare’s non-GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $0.35 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Cloudflare reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $0.35 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. If Cloudflare releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha. If no GAAP EPS number is available from either source at that time, the market will resolve to “No.” (For the purposes of this market, GAAP EPS refers to diluted GAAP EPS, unless it is not published, in which case it refers to basic GAAP EPS.) If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.” Note: Subsequent restatements, corrections, or revisions made to the initially announced non-GAAP EPS figure will not qualify for resolution, except in the case of obvious and immediate mistakes (e.g., fat finger errors, as with Lyft's (LYFT) earnings release in February 2024). Note: The strike prices used in these markets reflect the selected street consensus estimate for non-GAAP EPS as of market creation. Note: All figures will be rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding. Note: For the purposes of this market, IFRS EPS will be treated as GAAP EPS. Note: If multiple versions of non-GAAP EPS are published, the market will resolve according to the primary headline non-GAAP EPS number, which is typically presented on a diluted basis. If diluted is not published, then basic non-GAAP EPS will qualify. Note: All figures are expressed in USD, unless otherwise indicated. Note: For primarily internationally listed companies, this market refers specifically to the shares traded in the United States on U.S. stock exchanges such as the NYSE or Nasdaq. In cases where the company trades in the U.S. through an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) or American Depositary Share (ADS), this market will refer to the ADR/ADS.

Current Market Outlook

Polymarket prices Cloudflare beating Q4 2025 earnings at 83% as of February 9, 2026. That is high confidence but not a lock. The market expects non-GAAP EPS above $0.27. With only $6,000 in volume, this is a thin market. One large bet could move the price significantly. The actual earnings report is due February 11, 2026, so resolution is imminent.

Key Factors Driving the Odds

Cloudflare has beaten EPS estimates in 8 of the last 12 quarters. The company has a pattern of conservative guidance followed by upside surprises. Q3 2025 showed revenue growth of 28% year-over-year with non-GAAP EPS of $0.25, beating the $0.22 consensus. The trend is clear: Cloudflare consistently delivers small beats.

The broader cloud infrastructure market has been strong. Cloudflare's core business (CDN, security, edge computing) benefits from AI traffic growth. Enterprise deals have been expanding, with customers spending more over time. The company's dollar-based net retention rate has stayed above 110%, meaning existing customers keep increasing spend.

Analyst sentiment has been bullish. Of 28 analysts covering NET, 18 rate it Buy, 8 Hold, and only 2 Sell. The average price target sits around $110, roughly 15% above current levels. No analyst has downgraded ahead of this report.

What Could Change These Odds

The risk is macro. Enterprise IT spending has shown signs of slowing in early 2026. If Cloudflare guides below expectations for the next quarter, the stock could drop regardless of the immediate EPS beat. The market is pricing in a beat, but the real question is whether the beat is enough to justify the current valuation. Cloudflare trades at 12x forward revenue, which leaves no room for disappointment.

The specific EPS number matters. A beat by $0.01 or $0.02 would be standard. A miss would be a shock. Given the thin liquidity in this market, the 83% price might be slightly inflated. If you think Cloudflare's conservative guidance pattern holds, the bet makes sense. If you think macro headwinds finally catch up, the downside is real.

Overview

Cloudflare (NET) is a cloud services and content delivery network (CDN) company providing security, performance, and reliability solutions for websites and internet applications. This prediction market focuses on whether Cloudflare will report non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) above the consensus analyst estimate of $0.27 for the quarter ending December 31, 2025, with earnings expected on February 11, 2026. Non-GAAP EPS excludes certain one-time items like stock-based compensation and amortization of intangible assets, giving a clearer view of operational profitability. Investors and analysts watch these numbers closely because Cloudflare has a history of beating estimates, but growth rates and profitability pressures create uncertainty. The company operates in a competitive market alongside Akamai, Fastly, and Amazon Web Services, and its earnings reflect broader trends in cloud adoption, cybersecurity spending, and enterprise IT budgets. The outcome matters for traders, shareholders, and anyone tracking the financial health of high-growth tech companies. Cloudflare went public in September 2019 at $15 per share and has seen volatile trading, with revenue growth slowing from over 50% annually to the 30% range in recent quarters. The company has also shifted focus toward profitability, with non-GAAP net income turning positive in 2023. This market captures the tension between growth expectations and the company's ability to deliver consistent earnings beats.

Historical Context

Cloudflare went public on September 13, 2019, at $15 per share, raising $525 million in its IPO. In its first quarterly report as a public company (Q3 2019), it posted revenue of $63.6 million, up 78% year-over-year, and a non-GAAP net loss of $0.02 per share. The company did not achieve positive non-GAAP EPS until Q4 2022, when it reported $0.01 per share, beating the consensus estimate of $0.00. Since then, Cloudflare has reported non-GAAP EPS above consensus in 10 of the last 12 quarters through Q3 2025, with beats ranging from $0.01 to $0.05 per share. The one notable miss occurred in Q1 2023, when it reported $0.03 against a $0.04 estimate, causing the stock to drop 18% in a single day. Cloudflare's earnings history shows a pattern of conservative guidance and frequent beats, partly because management sets low expectations to avoid disappointment. The company has also guided for revenue growth of 30-32% in fiscal 2025, down from 54% growth in fiscal 2021. This deceleration reflects maturing growth and increased competition. The non-GAAP EPS metric has become more important as Cloudflare emphasizes profitability, with non-GAAP net income margins improving from 5% in 2022 to an estimated 15% in 2025. The $0.27 consensus for the upcoming quarter represents a 35% increase from the $0.20 reported in the same quarter a year earlier.

Why It Matters

Cloudflare's earnings results matter beyond the company itself because they serve as a bellwether for the cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity sectors. The company's performance reflects enterprise spending on digital transformation, security, and network optimization. A beat or miss can influence investor sentiment for peers like Fastly, Akamai, and Zscaler, as well as broader tech ETFs like the Invesco QQQ Trust. For retail and institutional investors, the outcome directly impacts portfolio returns. Cloudflare is part of the S&P 500, having been added in December 2022, so its earnings affect index funds. The company's growth trajectory also signals the health of the internet economy, as its services are used by over 30% of all websites. A strong earnings beat could reinforce confidence in high-growth tech stocks, while a miss might renew concerns about valuation and profitability. For employees, customers, and partners, the results influence compensation, contract renewals, and strategic decisions. The resolution of this market also affects prediction market participants who have financial or intellectual stakes in the outcome.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is non-GAAP EPS and how is it different from GAAP EPS?

Non-GAAP EPS adjusts GAAP net income to exclude one-time or non-cash items like stock-based compensation, amortization of acquired intangibles, and restructuring costs. Cloudflare's non-GAAP EPS is typically higher than GAAP EPS because it excludes significant stock-based compensation, which in 2024 was over $400 million annually.
