Before Mar 1, 2027 If James Talarico is assigned X 120th Congress after Issuance and before Mar 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. Being assigned to a committee refers to James Talarico being named a member of that committee for the 120th Congress, whether in a Senate resolution, on Senate.gov, or in an announcement by Senate Democratic leadership. Assignment only to a subcommittee of that committee does NOT count. The market for a committee resolves to No once every seat allotted to Democrats on that committee for the 120th Congress has been filled by Senate resolution and James Talarico is not among the members named. X later change to that committee's membership does not reopen a market that has resolved to No. Only reporting from the United States Senate or any other Source Agency qualifies for the purposes of this market. Reports that merely reference prior publications, from before Issuance, do not qualify. Republishing of content originally produced by other sources, e.g., wire services, only qualifies if the content is hosted on the outlet's official platform and the outlet is clearly identified as the publishing entity. This market will close and expire early if the event occurs.
