About This Event
As of market creation, Booking Holdings is estimated to release earnings on November 3, 2026. The Street consensus estimate for Booking Holdings’s non-GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $4.59 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Booking Holdings reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $4.59 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. If Booking Holdings releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha. If no GAAP EPS number is available from either source at that time, the market will resolve to “No.” (For the purposes of this market, GAAP EPS refers to diluted GAAP EPS, unless it is not published, in which case it refers to basic GAAP EPS.) If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.” Note: Subsequent restatements, corrections, or revisions made to the initially announced non-GAAP EPS figure will not qualify for resolution, except in the case of obvious and immediate mistakes (e.g., fat finger errors, as with Lyft's (LYFT) earnings release in February 2024). Note: The strike prices used in these markets reflect the selected street consensus estimate for non-GAAP EPS as of market creation. Note: All figures will be rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding. Note: For the purposes of this market, IFRS EPS will be treated as GAAP EPS. Note: If multiple versions of non-GAAP EPS are published, the market will resolve according to the primary headline non-GAAP EPS number, which is typically presented on a diluted basis. If diluted is not published, then basic non-GAAP EPS will qualify. Note: All figures are expressed in USD, unless otherwise indicated. Note: For primarily internationally listed companies, this market refers specifically to the shares traded in the United States on U.S. stock exchanges such as the NYSE or Nasdaq. In cases where the company trades in the U.S. through an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) or American Depositary Share (ADS), this market will refer to the ADR/ADS.

What the contract measures
The contract asks whether Booking Holdings (BKNG) will beat a quarterly earnings threshold. It resolves "Yes" if the company reports non-GAAP EPS "greater than $4.59 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release," and "No" otherwise [1]. The $4.59 figure is the Street consensus estimate for non-GAAP EPS as of market creation, and the source notes that the release was "estimated" for November 3, 2026 [1].
The rules include fallback steps. If no non-GAAP figure is published, the market uses the figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated date, the market resolves to "No" [1]. Restatements generally do not qualify, except for "obvious and immediate mistakes" [1].
The listed end time is 2026-11-03T22:00:00.000Z [1]. That is a listed close time in the contract data, not a confirmed earnings announcement or a resolution.
Reading the snapshot
The saved snapshot was observed at 2026-10-27T06:00:05.981Z and retrieved at 2026-10-27T08:50:28.865Z [1]. It shows a single outcome pair: "Yes" at 0.525 and "No" at 0.475 [1]. These are snapshot prices from that observation time, not executable quotes or verified probabilities. The gap between them is small, but the data does not show why prices are where they are, how many traders hold each position, or how much liquidity sits behind them.
This sample covers one saved market for one event. Coverage is complete for the saved event, with one market included and no partial sample [1]. That does not establish that the provider lists every possible outcome for this question, and no other platform's contract for this earnings release is in the evidence, so no cross-platform comparison is possible.
What remains uncertain
The supplied evidence does not include the actual earnings release, the reported non-GAAP EPS, or any confirmed announcement date. It also does not include prices from after the saved observation time. Readers should check the current contract rules and the company's official release before relying on this market's terms, since the outcome depends on the exact EPS figure and the fallback rules that apply if that figure is not published.

Saved Oct 27, 2026 UTCOverview
This PredictPedia contract asks whether Booking Holdings (BKNG) will beat its quarterly earnings expectation. The market is listed on Polymarket and has two outcomes, "Yes" and "No" [1]. It is framed around the company's non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) for the relevant quarter, compared with a fixed benchmark set when the market was created. The benchmark is the Street consensus estimate for non-GAAP EPS, which the source records as $4.59 as of market creation [1]. The contract resolves to "Yes" if Booking Holdings reports non-GAAP EPS greater than that figure in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise it resolves to "No" [1]. The source describes the earnings date of November 3, 2026 as an estimate made at market creation, so it should be read as the expected timing of the release rather than a confirmed announcement [1]. The contract includes fallback rules for cases where the headline figure is unclear. If the company releases earnings without a non-GAAP EPS figure, the market uses the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha [1]. If neither non-GAAP figure is published within 96 hours of market close on the announcement day, the market turns to GAAP EPS from the company's official earnings documents, or from SeekingAlpha if that is unavailable. Where diluted figures are not published, basic figures are used [1]. The rules also say that all figures are rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding and expressed in US dollars unless stated otherwise [1]. The rules limit later changes. Subsequent restatements, corrections or revisions to the initially announced non-GAAP EPS figure do not qualify for resolution, except for obvious and immediate mistakes such as fat-finger errors [1]. If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, the market resolves to "No" [1]. The listed end time is 2026-11-03T22:00:00Z [1]. The price of each outcome is a snapshot taken at the observation time. It is not an executable quote, and it is not a verified probability that the company will beat expectations.
Why It Matters
The contract measures whether a single reported figure, Booking Holdings' non-GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter, comes in above a consensus estimate fixed at market creation [1]. Because the benchmark is set when the market is created and the comparison uses a stated headline figure, the question is narrow: it asks about the reported result against that one threshold, not about the company's broader performance or share price [1]. The detailed fallback and restatement rules determine which number counts if the headline figure is missing, revised or reported in more than one version [1].

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the contract need to happen for it to resolve to Yes?
The company must report non-GAAP EPS greater than the $4.59 Street consensus estimate recorded as of market creation, in its next quarterly earnings release [1].
What happens if Booking Holdings does not report non-GAAP EPS?
The market uses the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96 hours of market close on the announcement day, it falls back to GAAP EPS from the company's official documents or SeekingAlpha, and resolves to "No" if no GAAP figure is available [1].
Do later corrections to the earnings figure change the result?
Subsequent restatements, corrections or revisions do not qualify, except for obvious and immediate mistakes such as fat-finger errors [1].
What happens if the earnings release is late?
If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, the market resolves to "No" [1].
