What the contract measures

Each market in this sample asks whether a named quarterback reaches a passing-yard threshold in the Carolina vs Green Bay game. The rules state that if Bryce Young records X passing yards in the game "originally scheduled for Oct 29, 2026," the market resolves to Yes [1]. That date appears in the contract wording and is not evidence of an announced event date. The listed end times for these markets are 2026-11-01T00:15:00Z, but the provider's own excerpt says the listed end time is "not supplied" [1]. Readers should treat the close time as a provider field, not a confirmed game schedule.

The rules also cover edge cases. If a player is active but never takes a snap, the market "settles to the fair market price before game start" [1]. Once the player takes at least one snap, the market settles on passing yards recorded, even if a penalty nullifies the play [1]. The market also closes early if the event occurs [1]. Because these terms differ from one contract to another, prices should not be compared across platforms without checking the wording.

Reading the snapshot

The observation time is 2026-10-28T00:00:06Z, and the retrieval time is 2026-10-28T02:09:31Z [1]. These are snapshot times. The prices describe that moment and are not live quotes.

Within this Kalshi event, Bryce Young's Yes prices fall as the threshold rises. The snapshot lists 0.875 for 175+ yards, 0.53 for 250+ yards, 0.25 for 300+ yards, and 0.09 for 350+ yards [1]. Jordan Love's Yes prices show the same pattern, from 0.81 for 200+ yards to 0.10 for 350+ yards [1]. Prices in this sample are not verified probabilities, and they do not show trading volume, liquidity, or how many people traded.

The sample is partial. Of the 13 markets listed for this event, 12 are included, and the selection kept the highest Yes prices first [1]. The omitted market's price is unknown, so readers should not assume it was lower. The sample should not be read as the full field, and rankings should not be combined with other events or providers.

What remains uncertain

The evidence does not explain why prices are where they are. It contains no news, injury reports, or trader counts. It also does not show the game's current status or whether any market has closed early. Because the provider status is "active" and the end time is not supplied, the snapshot cannot confirm how long these prices will remain available. Any comparison with other platforms would also need to account for differences in resolution and settlement terms.
