Resolution Criteria
If CD Tecnico Universitario is the 2026 Ecuador LigaPro champion, then the market resolves to Yes. The Ecuador LigaPro champion is determined through a two-stage competition format. All 16 teams first compete in a full double round-robin regular season, where each team plays every other team twice (home and away). After the regular season, the top six teams advance to the First Hexagonal, carrying over the points earned during the regular season. These six teams then play each other twice again. The team with the most total points at the conclusion of the First Hexagonal is declared the Ecuador LigaPro champion. This market will close and expire after a title holder is declared.
