If the account is permanently suspended or deleted, the market resolves to last fair price. If the account becomes private and follower counts are invisible, the market resolves to No. Temporary suspensions that are lifted before the target date do not affect resolution if follower counts become visible again. This market will close and expire early if the follower count milestone is reached
