If, before May 1, 2026, between 1-5 "gold cards" are issued by the federal government, then the market resolves to Yes. To qualify, the specified number of individuals must have applied for and received legal U.S. residency as part of a new pathway to U.S. citizenship, work permits, or any other form of legal residency in exchange for payments or investment higher than the current investment minimum of an EB-5 visa as of self-certification after Issuance and before the close date. This market will close and expire early if the event occurs.
