If Scarlett Johansson appears solely in an advertisement, or solely via a prerecorded audioclip that was not recorded for purposes of Jimmy Kimmel Live! (e.g., the host playing a portion of a speech or song excerpt by Scarlett Johansson), the Payout Criterion is not satisfied. This market will close and expire early if the event occurs.
