Resolution Criteria

If a qualifying sale of the Las Vegas NBA expansion franchise is publicly announced after Issuance and within the period ending on December 31, 2026 at a Headline Transaction Value above $12 billion, the market resolves to Yes. The underlying is the reported franchise enterprise value (implied 100% value) of the Las Vegas NBA expansion franchise. A definitive purchase agreement and all required regulatory and league approvals must satisfy the filed Consummation requirements by expiration. Merely selecting a preferred bidder is insufficient. Where a transaction bundles the franchise with an arena, real estate, or other assets, only the value separately attributable to the franchise counts. If no qualifying sale occurs after Issuance and within the period ending on December 31, 2026, then all markets resolve to No. Kalshi is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Governing League. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. This market will close and expire early once the event occurs.
