This market resolves to Yes based on the team that officially wins the Pro Basketball Draft Lottery and is awarded the No. 1 overall pick. It does not matter whether that team ultimately trades the pick or which team makes the first overall selection at the time of the draft. This market will close and expire after the Pro Basketball Draft Lottery occurs.
