This market will resolve based on total chamber control of the Pennsylvania State Senate, incorporating all 50 seats. In the event of a 25-25 seat tie, the party of the sitting Lieutenant Governor, who serves as President of the Senate with tie-breaking authority, will resolve to Yes.
