If a bill titled "Patients Before Monopolies Act," or an equivalent bill aimed at curbing monopolistic practices (specifically joint ownership of PBM and Pharmacy businesses) in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, becomes law before Jan 4, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. This market will resolve to Yes if a bill titled "Patients Before Monopolies Act" or an equivalent bill aimed at curbing monopolistic practices, specifically joint ownership of PBM and Pharmacy businesses, in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is signed into law by the President on or before January 3, 2027. This market will close and expire early if the event occurs.
