If the total precipitation at CLISFO in San Francisco in Jan 2026 is strictly greater than 3 inches, then the market resolves to Yes. The primary resolution link will be a sum of NOAA’s Climate Data Online Daily Summaries of precipitation at the weather station specified. If no data is available, Kalshi will invoke its rules to settle the market using the NWS’ Monthly Climate Report; or if that is not available, the sum of precipitation in Daily Climate Reports. This market will close and expire early if the event occurs.
