If the CDC ends its recommendation completely for the Hepatitis B vaccine before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. Merely reducing the categories of persons that it recommends the vaccine for, without reducing those categories to zero, is not encompassed by the Payout Criterion. This market will close and expire early if the event occurs.
