Resolution Criteria

If any official broadcast commentator - includes play by play, color commentator, rules analyst or sideline reporter says Champion as part of Spain vs Belgium , then the market resolves to Yes. Video of the Spain vs Belgium originally scheduled for Jul 10, 2026 will be primarily used to resolve the market; if a consensus by Kalshi employees cannot be reached using video, internal & external (official) transcripts of the Spain vs Belgium originally scheduled for Jul 10, 2026 will be used. Payout Criterion: The exact phrase/word, or a plural or possessive form of the phrase/word, must be used. Grammatical/tense inflections are otherwise not included. Commentary will count following kickoff and end once the match has concluded, inclusive of extra time and/or a penalty shootout. Commentary will no longer count following the referee's final whistle. If the final action is under VAR review, commentary will end following the referee's decision. Commercials including any official broadcast commentator - includes play by play, color commentator, rules analyst or sideline reporter - will not count, but promotional content featured within the match/game broadcast will count. Commentary from players, coaches, referees/umpires, guests, halftime segment reporters, or any individual not included in the official broadcast team do not count. For the purpose of this market, the entirety of content within the original qualifying broadcast segments will be used for resolution. Please see full rules for more details. Event does not qualify: If an event is definitively cancelled or the event fails to qualify under the Payout Criterion, or any other circumstance prevents normal resolution, then the market for "Event does not qualify" resolves to Yes and all other markets will resolve to No. Postponement: If the event is postponed, and such a postponement is announced by the end of the following calendar day to be rescheduled to a time within 14 calendar days, the markets shall remain open. This market will close and expire early if the event occurs.
