Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A qualifying mugshot may become available to the public by any means, regardless of whether it is released officially, leaked, etc. The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting and official information from relevant law enforcement authorities in the United Kingdom.
